The SSEF Course Library is a directory of education and training opportunities which have been mapped to the Stroke-Specific Education Framework, and registered with the SSEF Online Toolkit. There are a variety of resources including:

  • free and fee-paying courses
  • a variety of durations for completion e.g. one-off events, workshops, conferences, short and long courses
  • informal (e.g. in-house) and formal (college or university)
  • non-accredited and accredited programmes

All resources listed in the Course Library are provided and maintained by the Course Providers, external to the SSEF Project Team. Course Providers are responsible for keeping their information held on the SSEF Online Toolkit up to date. For further information about any of the listed opportunities, please use the contact information within the listing.

To navigate the course library either browse the listings, or filter by a specific role on the left-hand side of the screen. Alternatively, use the search function to look for specific courses, or only those with a high star rating and/or reviews

The best way to identify courses suitable for your personal learning needs is to let the SSEF Online Toolkit do the work for you. Once you have registered and completed your personal SSEF Profile the system will compare this to the courses in the library and identify only those that are relevant to the needs and aspirations of your role. To view the results go to your dashboard and select ‘View Courses’ in Step 4
